• Develop and teach English lessons based on the curriculum books UNLOCK 1 and UNLOCK 2 to students enrolled on TVTC College’s 4 months intensive English language vocational programme. I also use supplementary materials of my own to help students improve their English writing and communication skills.
• Conduct learning activities for ESL student’s that target their pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary building, perception and confidence.
• Prepare weekly and daily lesson plans consistent with defined learning outcomes and objectives.
• Chart Students’ progress on a weekly basis by maintaining portfolios of their written work and presentations.
• Prepare my own lessons, activities and assessment materials for IELTS and general ESOL lessons as well as using materials and books provided by the college.
• Chart each student’s progress periodically by maintaining portfolios.
• Provide mentoring and tutorial support for students enrolled on different courses as well as ESOL courses.
• Develop effective ESL lesson plans for 9 -15 students from multilingual backgrounds.
• Incorporate technology in daily lessons.

• Chart each student’s progress periodically by maintaining portfolios.
• Provide assistance in running the workshops and delivering lessons on the award winning Young Leaders Programme working in tandem with partners, such as, The Home office, Metropolitan Police, The institute for Statecraft and Quest Leadership Development.

• Resolve customer and driver complaints.
• 6 hours observed teaching practice of EFL lessons. • Extra 6 hours of voluntary teaching of EFL lessons. • 6 hours of observing senior teachers delivering their EFL lessons. • 120 hours attended on full time CELTA course.
