• Control IST Activities (Maintain record of IST, Proper and 100% Movement from one location to another)
• Warehouse Operation (Motivate & Guide 15 Inventory Staff, 12 Warehouse Operation Staff)
• Reporting (IRA Report, Monthly Inventory Audit Report, Weekly Retail Stores Audit Report)
Supervise and manage 13 Team Members.
• Ensure that all items are received stored and issued have FIFO Label.
• Batched and issues to production correct items and quantity using Picklist form as reference on time.
• Using carefully handling equipment, racks and other fixtures during warehousing activities loads.
• Stock and stores carefully materials received into their designated areas or location with-in their height limits.
• Support other team members in the completion of warehousing activities.
• Ensure 100% checking of materials upon releasing from warehouse.
• Report immediately to person in-charge any discrepancy uncovered upon issuance of materials.
• Unload and load materials in container and cargo truck.
• Ensure good house-keeping by performing 7's before and after work.
• Assists the warehouse Manager in Planning, Organizing, and Leading Warehouse Operations.
