Responsible for the execution of tasks for the Operation, Maintenance and Build of BT’s core network and infrastructure which includes Switch, Transmission, Build, Power and Radio work streams.

Able to find the fault in concentrator and processor of AXE 10 and repair them by using Ericsson O & M.
Experience in dealing with complex faults, routines or card changes, to providing customer circuits within a telephone exchange by running cables in-between two digital distribution points.
Worked on and maintain IP networks, diagnosing and fixing faults on the IP routers that send data to a given destination.
Troubleshooting of customer equipment including transmission, mobile networks, datacomms, switching PSTN/ADSL.
Testing, Commissioning and providing first line support to PDH/SDH, Alcatel Lucent 7750 and Huawei optical networks.
