QA/QC Engineer - Riyadh Metro Project - 4C2 UNDER GROUND STATION IMAM UNIVERSITY / CUT & COVER TUNEL 4.1

• To ensure that the approved Project Quality Plan and Project Specification are implemented on the project.
• To ensure that work carried out on site is in accordance e to the latest approved documents, e.g. Drawings, method statements, PQP, QA/QC procedures.
• To prepare / develop QA/QC procedures ITP where required to establish effective QA/QC system on the projects.
• Coordinate with all relevant departments with connection with Quality matter.
• To ensure Quality Records / documents s required b y Contract are maintained
• follow up closely the NCR issued and implementation for its agreed disposition with Consultant to close -out the NCR.
• To coordinate with the Consultant in order to resolve Quality Control related problems on Site
• To ensure coordination and properly carried out of off -site inspection and independent testing laboratories .
• Review quality of material submittals with material engineers and ensure compliance with specifications and client requirements.
• Quality assurance and quality control of delivered material at site prior to install and fix. Assurance of installation according to project specification, approved drawing /instruction from the client.
• To review Construction Work Package and Inspection Test plan (ITP), Construction checklist/ Material delivery checklist and inspection carried out by Work inspection Report (WIR) according to approved MS, ITP& drawing as per project norms.
• Accomplished work jointly checked by QC representative with site Engineer prior to inspection of consultant.
• Preparing and maintaining the quality documents as per ISO Standard and getting approval from client and consultant.

• To check and control all possible errors at all stages of Design and production in order to recognize mistakes before the elements are casted.
• To ensure the fabrication and reinforcement for daily casting of elements according to Shop drawings.
• To review all kinds of drawings and get it rectified for casting of elements to ensure that it is according to the standards.

• Manage and supervise the work of QC Inspectors.

• Coordinates with the Material Engineer in relation with the concrete test results and other relative to material testing to ensure that the required specification has been followed.

• Documenting all inspections and tests on performance as required by Project Quality plan & maintain good quality of the product in all aspect to ensure the Company standard and specifications for all project has been followed.
• Interact with Supervisors and Foremen to have deficiency corrected before producing products.

I have vast professional experience in QA/QC/ Civil engineer. I have operated with diversified domain projects in Civil Engineering ranging from medium to large scale industries which gave me an in depth understanding for handling various domain areas in Civil Engineering. I have handled various critical and challenging projects from design stage to implementation stage and ensured that the projects gets implemented as per specification in stipulated time with quality. Having equipped and expertise with various latest engineering tools and techniques, cost evaluation techniques and tools which I applied in my professional career to produce cost-effective solutions for the organization I worked with.
