Building a robust pipeline of leads with Main Contractors, Consultants and Developers to position and create business cases which utilizes the complete elevator solution portfolios/ demolition activities & civil works for new projects, on-going & up- gradation of existing buildings through various mediums making cold calls, visiting sites, directly offices of contractors & consultants, registering company in various tender portals.
Leading the prequalification and registration process with new client organizations from government entities to private clients, main contractors, etc. This includes the preparation of required documents, engaging with client personnel and follows through on all required actions to successfully conclude the process.
Preparing and developing custom presentation, marketing material and strong relationships to improve the posting of company with strategic and targeted clients.
Follow through on Projects quoted & attending sites in order to ensure commitment & understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position own proposal
Maintaining the work according to the design & specifications.
High lighting snags of site works to the foreman and advising for improvement.
Inspecting and testing materials prior to their use at site as per approved by the consultant.
Looking after ongoing activities, making requisition and facilitating the arrange procurement of materials.
Attend project meetings with main contractors for coordination and progress evaluation.
Collaborating with Supplier Factory Principals to lead technical and commercial negotiations.
Supporting the Executive Director when representing the company in client meetings related to business development aspects of the divisions.

Developed a Trusted Advisor relationship for both Technical & Commercial Support Offerings with Key Partners Accounts and their higher level executives
Working closely with flagship accounts during the whole sales cycle, working early on customer/site needs and requirements, to ensure the elevator solution fits well technically.
Responsible for making & reviewing clear technical offerings to the end customers of Partners consisting of Contractors, Consultants, as well as the end-client itself.
Ability to manage Multiple Projects at the same time while keeping attention to technical details making sure both factory & customer are in-line with the requirements.
Underwent product training in China & USA and hence responsible to attending project sites for technical advising & training with customer’s site team for testing & commissioning of Elevators.
