• Supportive as a ‘CHANGE AGENT’ on SAP project teams.
•Managing the supply plan (inventory, distribution and site requirements) to meet demand and inventory targets for multiple project sites.
•Evaluate risks and opportunities related to demand and supply capabilities, develop the appropriate sensitivity analytics to determine the actions for risk mitigation.
•To prepare make and buy analysis for new production.
•To prepare production schedule liaison with Fabrication Design, work shop, warehouse, logistics, and procurement dept.
•Follow up with vendors regarding shipments and on time delivery of consignment to meet the dead line of production.
•To follow up and ensure proper documentation with shipping agents regarding overseas shipments.
•Develop, manage and execute inventory plan that minimizes working capital and exceeding customer service targets.
•Manages inventory levels (prebuilds) based on project requirements, new products, new locations, product conversions.
•Coordinates with purchasing department changes and updated requirements for purchased goods and materials.
•Identify, Assess, Rationalize the supply base process to evaluate the supplier performance.
•Inventory management from receiving to delivery and recovery from the project sites.

Started challenging and ambitious career as a Strore Planner in retail industry being a part of Maison's one of the finest jewelry brand referred to the "Cartier" as "the jeweler of kings and the king of jewelers. Following are the responsibilities I am looking after:
Boutiques replenishment:
Responsible for stock replenishment of Cartier jewelry of 17 boutiques and 40 specialties.
Stock management and order processing with the best delivery time for the internal and external network of GCC, Levant, and India.
Supplier Coordination:
Manage and coordinate with suppliers in Paris and Switzerland for the orders and Final delivery to the boutiques.
Allocation and prioritize jewelries to the boutiques based on the events and past sales.
Tracking supplier lead time to meet deadlines of the orders placed for the boutiques.
Stocks return management and coordination between Boutiques, Logistic, Finance and the Supplier.
Supplier BO portfolio management
Analysis and project:
Analyze and follow up the evolution and the volume of monthly deliveries.
Analyze and follow up the suppliers deliveries of novelties
Implement KPI on Firms orders ( Volume and service rate)
Coordinate special event supplies of Qatar Fair, Polo, Magazine photo-shots and Art Dubai etc.
Warehouse and Logistics:
Work closely in collaboration with our central warehouse and logistics for the Shipment Reception Tracking, Internal Delivery Tracking and Supplier Return Tracking.
Packaging Management: Needs calculation, order processing and stock management.
Data Management:
Guarantee the quality of the system information regarding product tree classification, life cycle creation, Price creation and validate in SAP.
Invoice product information update regarding weight of Metal & Stones according export markets custom regulation.
Maintain Finished Goods inventory and control warehouse operations in order to replenish the distributors stocks and to meet Sales targets.
Decide on allocation of scarce stock between customers and distributors.
Organize stocks receipts and dispatches and storage at racking warehouse environment.
Collaboration with supply planner to ensure execution of maximum sales to achieve 100% CCFOT.
100% compliance with Corporate Supply Chain Management.
Continues coordination with Area, Territory managers to meet primary & secondary sales.
Monitor Excess inventories and co-ordinate with Sales on Inventory Liquidation Plans.
Monitoring the quality & efficiency of movement and storage of goods to meet customers agreed lead time..
Responsible to priorities for coordinating with GR manager of cash n carry (MAKRO, METRO) business in Karachi.
Facilitate demand and coordinate flow of reverse logistics information with Sales & Services to fulfilment divisions.
Analysis data to monitor performance & plan for improvements and establish efficient route planning process.
Daily Cycle Count of stock at depot to ensure the stocks accuracy as per book records and to maintain the FEFO procedure.
Coordinate with transport supervisor to manage vehicles load planning activities.
Reports to CSD, Logistics and Distribution & Planning Managers.
