 Continuous assistance by accompanied meetings with the Branch Heads/ Development Managers on new/renewal business both at the negotiation phase and in post placement policy servicinglevel.
 The company facing the shortage of Muslim Human Resource to tap the huge business potential available in Makkah, the Market was solely handed over to me and by the grace of God Almighty successfully negotiated the whole of Jebel Omer Account Business, which covered the constructions around Haram area, thattime.
 At the Management level, I was being supported by the team of 5 persons reporting directly to me with a day to day continuous liaison with the three of the company’s Branch Heads and the Development Managers from Khuber, Riyadh & Jeddah.  Regular assistance to branches in their marketing efforts by visiting the major corporate clientele along with the respective branch heads, both existing and fresh, to not only maintain the highest of retention rate for renewal business; but also to assist in building branch portfolios to keep them achieving their annual budgettargets
 Besides that, Atlas Insurance, a Honda Japan local affiliate has to continuously serve its 14 of the group companies including Atlas Bank with the highest of service standards to retard, at the maximum, the market competition pressures.
 In addition, the group influenced business, which included major corporate groups in Pakistan serving in Textile, Brewery, Power, Pharmaceutical, Automobile and in other sectors were the sole vicinity of head office and to keeping theirs allocated business shares - renewal after renewal by the continuous marketing and service efforts; was always an uphill task and a very core aspect of thejob.

 Besides Facultative placements to arrange for excess capacities as well as lessening the exposure of treaties used to handle several assignments at the time of treaty renewals like stats, business plans, broker liaisonss etc.. Multi tasks included workslike:
 In Pakistan, there is a Government regulation in place as to absorb all the local capacity by offering the risk to the existing companies before a facultative cession could be effective. Atlas Insurance, being a local affiliate of Honda, Japan had special uphil task when cessions were to be made to Tokio Marine &Sompo in Japan.
 Besides that we also placed other mega projects in London Market with the assistance of brokers like Thomson Health & Bond & Marsh, London. The projects mainly inlcuded Group’s project in joint venture with foreign companies.
 We at times have to buy customized covers for Crop & Livestock for our Agri based economy; which we preferably negotiate in the Malaysian Market. The same also holds true for our Credit Insurance, which is a product designed for SME Schemes of commercialbanks.
 We also negotiated our terms for the travel treaty with Segicor at Lloyd’s, with One Assist as the serviceprovider.
