• Repair or replace faulty components of a computer/network system.
• Configuring, installing, and troubleshooting - Desktops/laptops/networks.
• Performs computer troubleshooting involving hardware and software maintenance such as desktop diagnostics, multiple OS configuration, Remote desktop, and networking.
• TCP/IP networking and hardware maintenance and repair.
• Maintain security and assets as per company IT policies.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
• Manage backup and network storage.

• Remotely troubleshoot and quickly diagnose issues.

• Provide L1 support and escalate whenever needed.

• Responsible for the daily monitoring of backups and scheduled tasks.
• Monitoring and recording the system utilization parameters (CPU, memory, disk space, etc.) and reporting/fixing any issue accordingly.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows Client OS and macOS.
• Respond to all user's requests and provide them with adequate support.
