Key Responsibilities:
● Operation of Gas Processing plants:
- Natural Gas Sweetening plants (using MEA and MDEA respectively)
- Natural Gas Dehydration (Absorption using TEG, Adsorption through Silica gel & Molecular sieves )
- Crude Oil / NGL separation operations
- LPG plant: 75 MMSCFD capacity plant using turbo expander for C3+ (LPG, Solvent oil & Gasoline) recovery using distillation towers
- Sulphur Recovery Units (using Claus’ process)
- Crude Stabilization Unit (CSU)
- Well head operations (Control panel operations i.e. well opening / shutting, well testing etc)
- Utilities & Custody transfer units
• Recommend changes in Process, develop SOPs and Monitor plant Key performance indicators (KPI) using software i.e. Historians (to record Flaring history, Propane slippage, off spec products etc)
• Monitor plants performance (Using Simulation models i.e. ASPEN HYSYS, Laboratory testing, feed gas GC analysis to monitor product yields and plant efficiency)
• Process Optimization, minimize chemical consumptions, identifies process-related problems and plans suitable cost effective solutions.
• Develop and design documents including training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts and implementation procedures.
• Assess non conformances, Hazard identification and risk assessment. Conduct H2S trainings and Participate in HAZOP, SIL, and HIRA studies, respond proactively and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Member of team Incident/ accidents investigation team. Prepare and submit reports to the management committee.
• Implemented and maintained hazard reporting culture in the company employees.
• Ensure implementation of PTW System.
• Participate in the profit improvement program (PIP), member of project steering team.
• Economic Evaluation & comparison of Feasibilities, Process Audits & financial analysis. Develop and review Capital & Revenue Budgets
• Contract’s review of custody transfer of crude oil and Gas with respective customers
• Manage & Train Process engineers team to accomplish the corporate goals, competency gap and projects while keeping high morale of team during extended working hours and work pressure safely and efficiently.
• Chemical inhibition calculation and dosage during high winters through ASPEN HYSYS
• As a lead process engineer, have been part of annual appraisal/ranking
• Represent process department at OCM and TCM with JVP’s.
• Site Manager during Annual Turn Around
• Coordination with maintenance department for preventive and corrective maintenance schedule follow up
• Internal and External Audits
Achievements:
• Identified cause of high Propane slippage in LPG as improper regeneration of molecular sieves for drying the feed gas and adjusted the flow rate of dryer regeneration gasresulted in increased revenue from LPG production.
• Enhance process controls by designing automation loops for Gas processing plant (Meyal Production Facility) and successfully commissioned Honeywell PLC system.
• Save revenue in terms of chemicals consumption controls through plant optimization.
• Lead the team for planning/execution of developing Bela Oilfield (Well testing after work over job, line laying, 3/2 phase separations, compression and injection)
• Successfully commission New Separation Trains (2 Trains) at Pariwali Production Facility that includes HP separators, MP separators and LP separators for individual gauging of Jhandial-1 well and Khaur North-1 well.
• Developed HMI screen for PLC system installed at Pariwali Production Facility with inclusion of new pressure / temperature / flow loops and successfully commissioned PLC system.
• Successfully achieve goal of zero freezing in Pariwali-Meyal gas line by chemical inhibition after flow assurance study using Aspen HYSYS.
• Successfully achieve Pariwali Production Facility outlet sweet gas quality parameters at reduced operating pressure (from 800 psig to 700 psig) after detailed study using Aspen HYSYS.
•Erection/Commissioning of TEG based Natural Gas Dehydration Plant.
•Smooth operation of TEG based Natural Gas Dehydration plant.
•Erection/Commissioning of 3 phase water/condensate separator.
•Ensures effective PTW system implementation and disables overrides up on completion of maintenance jobs.
•Monitoring of Custody equipments (Flow computer, Moisture Analyzer)
•Joint Calibration of custody transfer equipment (online Flow computer, Gas chromatograph & Moisture Analyzer) with client and ensured contractual limitations of Sale Gas Quality
•Interpreting Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) & Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
•Manage expansion of project and debottlenecking, Correspond with contractors & vendors for on-going projects.
•Ensure Pre-commissioning and commissioning standard procedures implementation keeping in view of company’s HSE policy.
•Change Management and execution of debottlenecking within HSE standards. Participate in HAZOP.

● Well head Gas compression system project installation, commissioning and smooth operation using M/s Cameron &Ajex Compressor set.

● Manage Projects of expansion and debottlenecking, Correspond with contractors & vendors for ongoing projects as Project Manager (e.g Wellhead Compression System commissioning, Expansion of Facility etc)
● Participated in Annual Turn Around’ as Site Manager
● Interpreting Process FlowDiagrams (PFD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
● Planning / executing / technical assistance of the development projects of process / unit’s modifications, annual shut down and debottlenecking in process.
● Adheres to SOP's, routine operations and the monitoring of production equipment using DCS and PLC based systems.
● Supervise Process Control Philosophies, Logic checks and up gradation of DCS.
