• Responsible for overall Project Coordination & Contract Management (Post- Award) of Service Contracts
• Site Focal Point for Maintenance Service Contracts with ADNOC Group Companies
• Executing and Monitoring Preventive and corrective Maintenance (PM & CM) Programs on Vehicles and equipment with ADNOC Group Companies across the UAE as per contract terms and conditions.
• Acting as Focal Point for Maintenance-related requests from End-Users (from initiating till close-out)
• Review, maintain, audit, and control the Planned Preventive Maintenance program to maximize equipment efficiency.
• Contractor management, ensuring sub-contractors are adhering to relevant safety standards, including Life Saving Rules and Fatality Prevention Behaviors.
• Review and manage service agreements to ensure the site complies with relevant site requirements.
• Managing project scope, cost, and timeline and establishing priorities for work delegated to team members
• Participating in reviewing Maintenance Services Related Tenders, Preparing RFQs, and drafting SOW for Suppliers, and Vendors/Sub Contractors for Third Party Services.
• Handled and managed Project RFQs, commercial evaluations, PO awards, and PO administration to final delivery and PO close out.
• Participating in Procurement activities associated with the effective purchasing of Project requirements by the Procurement Department by Project or end-user schedules, specifications, and budgets.
• Providing procurement support for Bids, when necessary, participate in bid reviews and evaluations.
• Monitor and review market conditions and price & delivery trends for Project materials and equipment.
• Provide support to project cost controls in procurement-related activities
• Handled proper Project Documentation and executed administrative works related to Project Management
• Responsible for overall Project Coordination and contract Management (Pre-Award, Award & Post- Award) of Rental Services Contracts with NAWAH
• Administrating Manpower of 80+ Employees across the NAWAH (Plant Support activities)
• Handled and established a database for Contract Documents (Job Completion Certificates, Shipping documents, Variation Orders, Dos, GRNs, etc.…)
• Ensuring smooth execution of all projects regarding their proper execution as per plan, cost monitoring, meeting deadlines, and maintaining all necessary records related to projects.
• Engaging and attending weekly meetings with Clients, Suppliers, and Vendors.
• Managing Communications, Progress Reports, Preparing & Communicating MOMs with Internal & External Stakeholders
• Tracking of Contract Performance Deliverables, KPIs, etc.…
• Supporting the Accounts Department to maintain positive cash flow.
• Follow and implement the TAWAM HSE Policy concerning Maintenance activities (On-Site and in-house).

• ADNOC Refining Ruwais Complex- Service and Maintenance of RAS Central Brigade Fire Vehicles (50+), Mobile monitors, and Foam Trailers and Trolleys including all Ancillary Equipment
• ADNOC Onshore‐Maintenance of Fire Trucks (100+) and Associated Equipment in Fujairah (MOT), Sweihan (IPS) and Habshan (MPS), BAB, BU HASA, QUWAIRSA, NEB etc.…
• ADNOC Refining Mussafah‐ Monthly preventive Maintenance for Fire Trucks at pipe Lines and Terminal, Supply Chain Division
