Project: 14KM, 132 KV Cable Laying from Sakaka SS/D to SS/C and to SS/Tuwair
Role and Responsibility:
Manage construction activities in coordination with main contractor and Client for 132KV cable laying. Procurement of materials for the construction of 1200 mm 2 cable trench, duct bank and FOC sub ducts laying. Manage and Lead cable pulling work according to method statements and SEC procedures. Interface with Local authorities for location ad protection of underground utilities and for rehabilitation of area after completion of each section and inspection.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the Construction activities (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Control).
• Review engineering design packages, Area Classification drawings. Review single line diagrams and detailed lay outs for Electrical, Grounding Protection, FADS and DCS to verify adherence to standards. Submit design packages to PMT for approvals.
• Supervise the site construction works and adherence to safety, quality and budget.
• Identification of project requirements and manage materials.
• Manage In house calibration/testing of instrumentation.
• Attend weekly meetings with client

Responsibilities:
• Manage and Supervise the Installation activities for Electrical and Instrumentation.
• Review engineering design packages, Area Classification drawings. Review single line diagrams and detailed lay outs for Electrical, Grounding Protection and prepare MR packages for approval.
• Study Logic Diagrams, Cause and effect diagrams and lead the termination supervisors.
• Dispatch Instruments for calibration (XI, PI, TI, FDTs, H2S/LEL Indicators and RTDs).
• Supervision of Installation teams for Power Distribution Equipment, AJBs, DJBs, UG Ground, Power & Control cables, ESD, RTU Cabinets and Equipment Sheltecrs and Field Instruments.
• Cold and hot Loop tests for field instruments. Installation of CP for pipe lines.
• Coordination with Pre commissioning team for MCC.
1. Electrical Engineer at PARCO Project -NEW HRL GAS COMPRESSION. Project involved development of a 30 MMSCFD gas and 100 BBL condensate facility including two wellhead facilities, gas gathering, feed gas compression and gas metering at Sui Gas Field.

Where major Responsibilities were to manage the project construction from initial design stage to mechanical completion on turnkey basis. To lead a team of Multi Discipline Engineering staff and sub-contractors for successful completion, pre-commissioning and turnover. Coordinate with design contractor to address design issues to the satisfaction of client and applicable standards.
• Project Manager at USAF/DynCorp Intl./KBR Projects -TROOP HOUSING at Kandahar Air Field:
Major responsibilities were to manage the Installation of RLB structure, pre-fabricated of roof, platforms and stair cases. Water proofing, Interior Electrification and Power Supply System. Coordination with Pre-Fab manufactures and liason with client for delivery schedules and completion schedules. Supervise installation of HVAC and Fire Detection System.
• Project Engineer at PPC/Habib Rafiq - 132/11.5 KV Gas Insulation Switchgear Substation.
• Project Engineer at ZTE/Telenor GSM Project Phase II Northern Areas. TI Installation, Power and Grounding
Major responsibilities were site management and supervision of construction and erection works, Installation of grounding grid and exothermic joints. Maintain weekly reports and project documentation. Coordination with consulting department to attend inspection activities. Testing and Commissioning activities.

Major responsibilities are as team lead for construction and installation MV/LV 11KV/0.4KV OHPL, 0.4/220V, 220/110V step down XFR, Protection Equipment, Hoists, control cables, rails MCC, MDPs, SDBs, ATS/MTS, Install and Terminate UG cables and control wires. Pull, terminate and testing of data networking cables (CAT6, CAT4). Coordinate with client to clear punch lists.
