Responsibilities:
Reports to GM- Retail Sales, leads team, to manage retail sales with dealer network of 12 showrooms for both dealers Alissa & Petromin in the western region marketing solutions for the organization with defined key performance indices.
Engages in market research and analysis to study competitor activities, market trends & explore new opportunities.
Studies business models, manages dealer profitability analysis, & suggests action plan to improve profitability.
Develops methodology to map gaps & review performance of Nissan dealerships in KSA to expectations of Nissan.
Frames strategies plans to achieve agreed business plans to meet retail sales volume targets for the year.
Coordinates with sales force to ensure sufficient stocks for retail hero models & grades with healthy car flows at dealers.
Administrates training website to ensure design & delivery of advance training modules all for sales team.
Involves in steps for mapping & auditing the workshop, spare parts & warranty processes within the western region.
Conducts audit of variable marketing expense claims for 11 branches within the region.
Carries out various training programs with responsibility to improve CVP score.
Prepares & submits KPIs and other performance-based reports to improve regional performance.
Organizes periodic departmental meetings to review market action plan to attain the ROI targets. Achievements:
