o Working alongside the business owner of Saudi Cement Company and Arowana (consultant) to ensure high quality implementation.
o Requirement gathering and configuration of BR100 Documents for Human Resource, Payroll, Supply Chain, I Procurement, OPM, Oracle Self Service and OLM Modules.
o Extensively working at technical side of above mentioned Modules. Data gathering from legacy system and uploading to Oracle, Dispatch System Inbound, Outbound Interfaces.
o Closely working with the consultant conversion team to define the conversion strategy for different conversion objects for p2p i.e. suppliers, open requisitions and purchase order, receipts.
o Carried out the user acceptance testing (UAT).
o Working on the cut-over planning.
o Providing production support technical and functional side.
System analysis and Design, Debugging old systems Developed in Oralce9i and Oracle 5.
Currently working to upgrade COSAP III (Oracle5, Forms II based Station Accounting Package) to COSAP IV (Centralized, Online Oracle 10G, Forms 10G based) for PIA. The system has been developed and its on testing stage.
Manage offline replicated database server. Database backups, Recovery, security and tuning responsibilities.
Developed and design “Ship Paper Management System”, to keep track of all Paper Tickets and E-Tickets.
Responsible for Reporting from QUSAR (financial, Revenue) Accounting system.
o Conducts Business Process Re-engineering for organization business functions like Sales Order Management, production planning control and others. The exercise includes documenting existing (As-Is) business process, identifying issues, and provides solutions.
o Develops detailed technical specifications Prototype document, Test cases, Test scenarios, User acceptance test (UAT) and System documentation.
o Conducts analysis, design, and coding of add-on applications and their integration with ERP Applications.
o Lead the development team for automation of KDM / KH modules developed in house, includes requirement analysis, design, and pseudo-code development.
o Conducts workshop for user training.
o Provides technical support to users. Design user manuals for software.
I was responsible to analyze different modules related to Production, Purchase, Store Management, Accounts, Yarn Purchase, Grey Fabric and Salary for their performance tuning, maintaining Database, writing database packages, procedures, functions & defining access paths to tables (Indexing of tables).
Developed Online Oracle Based (IN-House Configured sever) portal for NDF www.nishatpak.com. This is a complete order tracking system for customer and for higher management. Online availability of samples and ordering.
