• SharePoint SUSA application (Safe and Un-Safe Act): a web application for safety notes and discussions within MARAFIQ to enhance safety level within the company.
• SharePoint capacity planning: SharePoint plan for 2 terabyte of documents and 70 websites.
• SharePoint performance tuning: working on infrastructure, IIS, database, caching and SharePoint administration to increase performance.
• SharePoint RKM: configure and administer Roles and Knowledge Management in IT department.
• SharePoint configuration and administration.
• Build SQL 2008 R2 cluster and moving SharePoint databases to the new cluster with all user permissions and 17 minutes interruption.
• 50 intranet websites management (troubleshooting, new requests and training websites administrators).
• Internal surveys system: 20 surveys at the last month of each year.
• Departments' customer satisfaction evaluation system: used by company editors to evaluate each department in the company (about 35 department).
• Telephony billing system maintenance: generating more reports and features to management team from excel files created by STC (Saudi Telecom Company)
