Expertise of Aconex configurations, project settings, setting up workflows, bulk processing, the project invites and adding users, Responsible for the solution of aconex issues.
•Training: Provide training and guidance to team members and project stack holders in aconex for user level, document administrator level and company folder structure and way of working on it.
•QA/QC: Assisting internal audit and inspections to ensure department work is performed accurately and efficiently, through IMS & PQP through ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Keep reports to document all quality assurance activities and solve issues and assure department quality documentation.
•Documents handle: PM/CM, Construction, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, Contracts, Procurement, Liaison, Finance, Facilities and client handover documents.
•Control/Track/Issue: Ensuring that complete project documentation such as incoming and outgoing correspondence, submittals and transmittals.
•Close-Out: Successful closeout and handover of documentation as required by line manager and contractual obligation.

•Coordinate with the consultant’s representative for inspection.
•Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to quality.
•Liaise the technical engineer for submission of material submittals to the consultant.
•Coordination with PRO for employee-related matters.
