Project Name: EFB (Electronic Flight Bag)
Client: SAUDIA Airlines
Role: EFB Admin + (Quality check MDM product “AirWatch Console”)
Location: Flight Operation Building at King Abdulaziz Airport


Tasks:
- Implement EFB project.
- Distribute the enrolled EFB iPads included particular apps and Manuals.
- Resolve MDM (Mobile Device Management) issues via AirWatch console.
- Communicate different departments for EFB works related.
- Representative EFB office on technical aspects discussions with tools providers (AirWatch, Jeppesen, FlySmart, … etc.).
- Creating EFB office procedures.
- Prepare manuals for training and train pilots to use EFB iPads and required apps (AirWatch Content, JeppFD-pro, FlySmart, OPT, Docunet).
- publish Jeppesen data after quality check, wrap, package, and assign them to EFB devices on fleets.
- Monitor compliant iPads status, add contents and apps, send notifications messages to pilots, and use all features available on AirWatch console.
- Send Jeppesen links to activate "JeppFD-pro" app on iPads.
- Modify list of authorized pilots for getting links, update and assign the required contents to different fleets.
