- receiving requirements, from the initial stages of identifying a vacancy through to mobilization of the candidate into the role using selected recruitment channels
- To conduct CV searches, shortlists, candidate interviews and reference checks to determine if candidates are suitable for internal opening/s or for retention on the HR database.
- Arranging interviews and processing as necessary interviews on daily basis.
- Follows up with offered candidates and prepare recruitment contracts.
- Research and source new recruiting avenues with specific professional fields to fulfill.
- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Liaise with recruitment agencies
- Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
