At WEG, I am handling a wide portfolio of programs in management, technology, leadership, information technology and liberal arts. As a manager, my major responsibilities are program design, program management, marketing management, admissions management, outreach, student development and corporate relationships. At Westford Education Group, I am handling a strategic business unit with a team size of seven admission officers, two corporate sales staff and twenty trainers and a marketing budget of 30, 000 AED.
Leading the entire marketing activities including digital marketing, content strategy, events, print, corporate roadshows and corporate enrollments besides working with lead generation companies, admission agents and recruiters
Managing the academic and program success of MBA, Bachelor and MSc Programs including program scheduling, faculty, management, student support, faculty recruitment, partnership development, industry visits and career support besides the day to day affair of the organization like staff management
Leading the team in recruiting students from Middle East, South Asia, Europe and Africa for classroom and online programs besides setting up a robust system for delivering online MBA and short courses program
Conducting outreach activities and marketing activities for professional qualification programs like PMP, ACCA, CSCP, SHRM
Participating in Public and Closed Tenders in India and GCC region for executing training requirement
Working along with training managers in Project Scoping, Training Needs Analysis, Skill Gap Analysis for conducting bespoke programs
Working along with the awarding bodies like athe, Pearson and CMI to design programs in Digital Marketing, Engineering Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts, HR, Marketing, Information Technology for corporates
Leading the corporate communications activities including PR management, announcement strategies, branding activities, social media plans, press plans, student news releases, alumni news releases and online reputation management
Managing open enrollment programs on Blue Ocean Strategy, Artificial Intelligence and Future Tech, Big Data Analytic and Internet of Things in partnership UCLA, USA, UCSI University (Blue Ocean Strategy Center), Malaysia and Jig Saw Academy
At ASTI, I was handling programs in Engineering, Management and Finance. At ASTI, my major responsibilities were marketing, student recruitment, counselling, team management and student development. At ASTI, I was managing a five program coordinators and two marketing staff and was managing a marketing budget of over 10, 000 AED
Managing the entire program, marketing and admissions of the institute
Managing custom program requirements of companies as per ASME, ASCE, ASEM, ASFE, ASW and ASHRAE standards
Performing digital marketing activities like Web Content writing, SEO and Adwords management for lead generation

Reporting to the CEO with a core responsibility of improving the business and overall operations besides new accounts development and leading the team of 15 consultants in managing key accounts and three marketing staff for generating new accounts. Facilitating Skill Development programs in partnership with the Government of India (NSDC India)
Managing the student recruitment of universities in India, UK and USA
Conducting workshops and training programs on IELTS, GMAT, GRE, TOEFL and SAT
Helping organizations in realizing their IT investments on CRM, LMS, POS, BI and ERP through effective consulting. Performing product demos, project scoping, technical mapping and business mapping for the customers . Managing the digital assets of the company and performing SEO activities, Social Media Management, Google Adwords Management and Local Listings
