Manage overall Marketing and Business Development of the Branch;

Visit all branches in my Region at least once in a quarter documented by visit reports,
Ensure the control verification checklist are maintained and updated in all branches within the area in accordance with prescribed guidelines,
Maintain liaison with Area Manager (Retail / Corporate) for smooth delivery of Customer Service and prompt removal of any process gaps / process disconnects,
Co-ordinate with Centralized Account Opening & Cards Services for Rectification of Discrepancies in account opening process and other ancillary services,
Maintaining good relations with regulatory authorities in my Region,
Piloting the Internal, External and SBP in Branches in my Region and ensuring prompt compliance to any exceptions raised therein,
Meeting the assigned time-lines and observing the prescribed performance evaluation criteria

Supervision and posting of all respective vouchers of the department;
Checking & overall supervision of entire department and
Arrange approvals vide memorandums from the Higher Management for Excess over Limits and Temporary overdrafts for opening of Import L/C’s.

Reevaluate and Restructure exporters assigned limits as per their requirements by coordinating with the concerned department;

Worked as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in the Operations Department of the Kentucky Fried Chicken, Lahore and Karachi.
