HSE Planning and Management - Responsible for devising and effectuating HSE Plans & Procedures, Policies, Safety budgets, and Site Mobilization Plans, Hazard identification plan, Fire fighting plan, Planning and organizing safety campaigns and safety awareness programs.
HSE Audit Consultancy - Evaluating state of safety exists to compare state of safety required - extending recommendations on additional safety measures & their risk based priority.
Investigation & Audit - Inspecting the plant & project site to identify the unsafe acts and conditions, and highlighting the detected condition to the concerned authority with appropriate suggestions.
Site Safety Management and Control Methodology - Executing safety rules & regulations, coordinating with client and contractor regarding safety standards and procedures and upgrading the safety standards as per the prevailing situation on site.
Documentation, Record and System Safety Reporting - Preparing Risk Assessment, Health Risk Assessment and all kinds of HSE systems activity/ report formats, inspection, audit, key performance indicator report, audit, inspection, incident/accident and work permits, etc.
Management Support - Drafting report / annual budget for HSE Department and monitoring Annual HSE Plan, Corrective Action Register, Gap Register, etc. Liaising for application and renewal of statutory consents and licenses
Training & Development - Preparing job descriptions and organising trainings sessions in coordinating with Training Department for external training on HSE & interacting with Government authorities. Arranging behavior based safety programmes - STOP, Tool Box Talks, etc.
Executing health and safety management plans and conducting safety inspections, health surveys & field auditing for compliance
Ensuring safety system implementation with compliance to the procedures and safe work practices
Improving safety and environmental culture of the organization by driving training programmes, behavior based safety programmes like STOP, Tool Box Talks, etc.
Reviewing policies/ procedures, suggesting improvements and adhering to operational safety standards.
Preparing monthly/ quarterly status of safety audits and maintaining complete documents of protection systems & inspection
Drafting annual budget for HSE Department and monitoring Annual HSE Plan, Corrective Action Register, Gap Register, etc.
Monitoring and coordinating application and renewal of all statutory consents and licenses
Coordinating with Training Department for external training on HSE & interacting with Government authorities
Master Diploma in Offshore, Rig, Oil and Gas Safety Engineering
