management, quality assurance strategy, and AI-powered
testing for clients in regulated industries (public sector,
HealthTech)

coverage and over 80% GUI test coverage by introducing
TestCafé as the E2E automation framework
• Coached functional stakeholders in API testing with
ReadyAPI, strengthening quality awareness across the

• Coordinated end-to-end as well as load and performance
testing for a data center migration, leading up to ten
testers across seven sub-projects, resulting in a successful
go-live in 2024
• Created and owned test concepts and risk-based test
plans across the full software lifecycle of a security-critical
government system
• Continuously adapted test strategy to shifting budget and
resource constraints without compromising release quality
• Progressed from operational test analyst to functional and
technical test manager over the course of this role, taking
on increasing responsibility for steering the entire test
team

• Entered quality assurance and test management
methodology through the adesso trainee program, with a
first assignment on a nationwide large-scale project
implementing a European security directive as interim
requirements engineer and technical test analyst

• Quality assurance for core DFB (German Football
Association) applications in an agile environment,
including deriving and executing functional, integration,
and acceptance tests and presenting tested features to
stakeholders
• Concurrently managed test management and analysis for
the relaunch of the DFB accreditation portal ahead of the
2020 DFB Cup Final (see Projects)
