• Resourceful in promoting & generating the sales of Personal Loan
• Meeting with customer & provide better services to them.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and best financial services to customers
• Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients
• Reviewing & interpreting the impact of changes in interest rates and attuning strategies accordingly with focus on retaining the existing clients & development new ones.

Manage and exceed customer expectation by running along with suggestive and thematic ideas to promote sales within the store. Ensures all ranges are effectively merchandised in line with brand image and standards
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow -ups.
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
Identify sales prospects and contacts these and other accounts as assigned.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Establish and maintain current client and potential relationship.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Ensures cash management policies and procedures are followed and cash registers are accurately reconciled.
Ensures all ranges are effectively merchandised in line with brand image and standards.
Make DSR (daily sales report), weekly sales report and send to the all stores
