As Director in Inimitable Goods and Services

By Zodwa Bede (COLLEAGUE) on 18-05-2016
"I worked with Faye for a number of years at SARS and have no reservations in recommending her for a position. Faye worked in the Customs and Excise Division of SARS that deals with amongst other International Trade and movement of goods and people. As a office manager she had to understand all the ropes in this area and interact with everyone from Staff to Executives. The role entailed Strategy Understanding, Stakeholder Relations, Decision Making, Communications, Report Writing, Input to Divisional Budgeting, Analysis etc. Faye pays attention to detail and very meticulous performer and this is coupled with here professional conduct and assertiveness. When the organisation introduced NOCC which was a new concept Faye was not reluctant to field into this new area and to learn every task and work in a very challenging and stressful environment gracefully. Faye has a formidable confidence and courage to set her mind to any news task./environment and ensure that when she leaves the area she has acquired various skills that contribute to her overall development. She will be a great asset to any company."

"I was initially impressed with Faith's enthusiasm, communication skills and professional demeanor when I joined her team at the South African Revenue Services during my internship. Faith is reliable, dedicated and eternally upbeat. Of particular value to me as a former intern that was eager to learn, was Faith's team player mind-set, enthusiastic embrace of change, ability to work with minimal supervision and unwavering commitment to exceeding expectations. Faith is a hardworking, top-performing professional. She has my highest recommendation, and I am happy to furnish more details if you would like additional information."

She has vast experience in managing complex projects and achieves successful results. She always made sure stakeholders are involved at the right times and in the right ways and keep everything moving. From the beginning of the revenue drive she would set clear expectations to the different team members as a way of building trust and making sure everyone is accountable for their work. Faye is hardworking, honest and transparent person who has the organization at heart and would go an extra mile to achieve more than what is required. I would recommend her to any organization which would want a great asset and goal achiever."
