organizations, also made sure all rooms appearing on the system are actually checked in and not vacant.
Cashiering; handled guest bills from the accommodation, restaurant, Laundry and all services that the guest has
used in the facility.
Overseeing cleanliness at the Front desk and always ensuring the reception area is warm and welcoming.
Always aware of the discounted rates, holiday rates that the Hotel has extended to guests.
Handled Night Audit operations, closed by checking the restaurant sales, room listings and occupancy rates and
total guest count of the day if all is in accordance from the day shift audit is done.
WORK TRAINING:
Trained at the Fairmont Maasai Mara Safari Club for a period of 6months, areas most focused on were the Front
Office and Housekeeping departments acquired the Fidelio and Opera experience and managed the reception with
confidence and professional aspects, welcomed guests staying at the camp, checked them in with the assistance of
the housekeeping department in the most effective and efficient manner, also handled their bills while they were
checking out.
