 Checking and processing of all incoming documents (drawings, material/product submittals, method statements, specifications, RFIs, FCRs, NCRs, sketches, calculation reports, test reports and other technical documents) and correspondences before making distribution to addressee/recipient;
 Maintain and update different logs i.e. Drawings Log (design, construction and as-built drawings), Material Submittals Log, NCRs logs, RFIs Log and other required logs by the Project Director;
 Coordinate with concerned parties i.e. contractors, consultants, project managers, client, etc. on matters concerning problems in documents submittal i.e. Document Number, Revision, Document Status, etc. and make action on the direction of the Project Director;
 Follow procedures through coordination with the project control department and different engineering disciplines.
 Perform quality control checks to ensure documentation compliance required by the Quality Management System.
 Process drawings and documents with the use of ACONEX.
 Prepare and submit regular DCC Reports to the Project Director, Design Manager, Project Control Manager and Site Supervision Manager;
 Review procedures and recommend/submit proposal/changes to Project Director in collaboration with the QA/QC Manager;
 Established a procedural framework for identifying, collecting, distributing and filing the controlled documents for the program, which includes writing and maintaining document control procedures and participating in the development and roll-out of document control tools.
 Ensure the project team members are provided with adequate training and support to enable them to successfully use the procedure and systems in use by the program.
 Conduct spot audit in DC department in central and site office to ensure it adhere and compliance as per the DC procedure approved by the client
