Follow up for inquiries received from various clients for project Material requirements.
Follow up with related material supplier/Manufacturer for the quotation.
Prepare quotation as per instruction on Business Development Manager and follow with clients for their acceptance and technical acceptance required if any.
Preparation of PO to Supplier/Manufacturer upon order acceptance and prepare technical submission to client for the required documents as per client.
Responsible for issuing invoice and delivery order’s by the instruction of Business Development Manager.
Reviewing the contract agreement in order not to suffer for delivery items.
Having ability to lead a sales group and to increase sales.
To maintain up and date correct data as well as incoming and outgoing materials.
To take care of material packing and delivery system as per Aramco requirements.
Making Invoice as per delivery note & Order form by the items code.
To protect company demurrage by personnel inspecting / visiting of various companies.
To growth companies sales and keeping good reputation, monitoring to Sales and logistic and time management system
