Assigned Duties:
 Construction of breakwater & revetment.
 Monitoring daily works as per RFI raised & Making inspection for placed Geotextile, securing with rocks getting approval from ARAMCO PID for further activity.
 Placing of rocks in accordance with projects specs and requirement with sequence process as follows Quarry run type B , underlayer type A, Toe protection Type A, & Scour protection type B.
 Placing of 1m3 xblocs base and standard 0.75m3 Xblocs .
 Construction of wave wall formation of complete profile and placing of mass concrete as per projects specification & monitoring of heat of hydration through installing thermo couples.
 Finishing and coating work of wave wall.
 Settlement monitoring of wave wall.

Implementation of Quality management systems (QMS) & Working process will be done project technical specification (PTS).

Execution Internal Inspection, Dealing with Consultant to Proceed work by issuing RFI, Weekly reports comparison sheets & RFI Dashboards maintaining .

Issuing of INcr if any violation & Pro- active information

IInternation Convectional Centre (audotorium) method of statement by reading specification checklist and itps making inspection of work activities through raising RFI by consultants.
Monitoring All precast activities & pre cast factory unit for Stressing of strands, Concreting, Sand blasting.

• Assures that quality control plan will be explained and demonstrated as needed to fulfill the requirements of the project quality. Coordination with Saudi Aramco Inspection Department.
• Conducts Inspection to ensure that the select fill material is tested and approved by the third party inspection company.
• Rfi’s should be maintained as per serial numbers and arrange it in a sequence manner so that it is easier when the audit is going on.
• Co-ordinate with third party Inspection Company for field density testing and Witness field density test and concrete testing before pouring & as per the standards of Saudi Aramco.
• Ensure that the form works are prepared as per the requirements of the construction drawing. Verify dimensions of form works.
• Inspection to ensure that foundations, excavation, backfilling, compaction testing, grouting, pipe laying, fencing works, pre-casting, plumbing works, masonry works, rebar, formwork, concreting, curing and coating are prepared as per the requirements of the construction drawing, applicable specifications and standards.
