The study included the fitment of technology mainly the Microsoft Dynamics AX, GP &Oracle Financials ERP and customized software that would help in smoothening out of various business functions.
Involved in providing post implementation support to the client for Oracle Applications (Financials) 10.6, 10.7, 11.0, 11i, 12i. Responsibilities included resolving localization related issues, data conversion issues and year-end closing procedures and issues.
Provided the technical team useful functional and table level inputs and documents like GAP analysis for preparing various custom reports.
Understanding the client’s business process and resolving most of the issues arising during the parallel run period were the other tasks accomplished successfully.
Provided various financial and technical project proposals (RFP’s). Preparation of these proposals involved a thorough understanding of the business processes and various industry specific needs of the companies with a view to provide IT solutions.
Managing and driving the Microsoft Dynamics Ax project of Nada Dairy as customer Project Manager.
Monitor Project and ensure Key Deliverables are met and milestones achieved as per project plan
Provide inputs in preparing the project charter and project plan and Work Break down structures.
Ensure resolution of difference of opinion and conflict (if any) with the ERP vendor during the course of implementation.

Managing and driving the Microsoft Dynamics AX/GP project of KFB group of companies as customer Project Manager in a manufacturing environment.
Preparing periodic reports related to IT usage, employee activities, Managing ISA, Exchange & Domain servers.
Procurement, Budgeting and Planning of IT infrastructure and future requirements.
Worked with Almoayyed Computers in collaboration with KPMG, working on different projects implementing Oracle Apps 11i, 12i, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Retail Management Systems (MRMS) and also and supporting a large customer base on these applications.
Responsibilities included Pre-Sales demos, Analysis, Implementation, Post implementation Support and providing baseline commercials for the projects.
Act as a prime contact to understanding of projects requirements, document the same, coordinate customer orders and analyze project needs to ensure prompt delivery and on-time accomplishment.
Performed as the primary resource for MS Dynamics Products and involved in the whole Project Life Cycle.
Extensively did Pre Sales activity with high success rate resulting in making AlMoayyed being the Number one partner for MS Dynamics in Bahrain.
Did dual MBA with Finance during the same period repeating the course and investing 1 more year.
