Overall responsibility to procure materials and services (project specific or otherwise) to the correct quality within the budget allocated and time frame.
•Sending inquiries to the suppliers and negotiate better pricing, payment terms and delivery. Compare prices, specifications, delivery dates and payment terms in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers then to be approved by Dept. Manager.
•Prepares purchase orders by verifying prices and obtaining approval from Dept. Manager.
•Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
•Monitoring delivery times to ensure they are on time.

•Labor Camp (10, 000 labor capacity) at Shahaniya, Doha-Qatar. Estimated Cost is 119, 918, 000 QR.
•14 VILLAS; Construction of 14 Private Villas at Umrn Garan, Doha-Qatar. Estimated Cost is 13, 548, 000 QR.
