• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and Saudi Aramco safety requirements
to ensure compliance throughout construction and pre-commissioning activities.
• Conduct daily site inspections, safety observations, toolbox talks, HSE inductions, and risk
assessments to identify and control workplace hazards.
• Monitor high-risk activities including confined space entry, hot work, lifting operations,
work at height, excavation, scaffolding, pressure testing, and LOTO implementation.
• Verify Permit-to-Work (PTW) compliance and ensure all work activities are performed in
accordance with approved Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; perform root cause analysis and
recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco General Instructions (GI), company HSE
procedures, and applicable international standards including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Coordinate emergency response drills, environmental inspections, waste management
activities, and spill prevention measures.
• Prepare HSE reports, inspection records, observation reports, and safety statistics while
maintaining accurate project documentation.
• Promote a proactive safety culture by coaching workers, supervisors, and subcontractors
on HSE best practices and regulatory compliance.

• Conducting Environmental Induction Training and environmental awareness sessions/toolbox talks
to educate the workforce on environmental protection requirements, waste management,
pollution prevention, and sustainability practices.
• Performing weekly environmental site inspections and preparing detailed environmental
monitoring reports to identify environmental aspects, impacts, and opportunities for
improvement.
• Carrying out environmental compliance inspections and maintaining environmental monitoring
checklists to ensure compliance with project environmental requirements and applicable
regulations.
• Monitoring and reporting environmental non-conformities, issuing environmental observation
notices, and recommending corrective and preventive actions to minimize environmental impacts.
• Assisting in the implementation of the Environmental Management Plan (EMP), Environmental
Management System (EMS), procedures, and policies in accordance with project environmental
objectives and standards.
• Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, permit conditions, and applicable
international environmental standards and best practices.
• Serving as an on-site Environmental Advisor, providing technical guidance to supervisors,
engineers, subcontractors, and workers on environmental compliance and sustainable work
practices.
• Supporting environmental incident reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, and
implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve environmental
performance.
