• Allocating and transferring stocks and POSM between locations based on store category, sales
performance, customer demographics, and display potential to maximize inventory efficiency.
• Liaising with logistics teams to coordinate timely deliveries and stock reservations for special or
export orders, ensuring on-time fulfilment.
• Coordinating with brand principals for brand promotions, monthly order placements based on
stock levels, new arrivals, and purchase targets, followed by the creation of POs, PIs, GRNs, and
costing upon management approval.
• Providing monthly stock and sales analysis reports to brand principals.
• Monitoring stock levels, tracking product movement, identifying stock aging, and taking
necessary actions to optimize inventory.
• Conducting regular store visits to ensure brand standards, in terms of planogram compliance,
product availability, and placement, are consistently met. Also visiting competitor stores to
analyze best practices, identify market trends, and explore opportunities for portfolio expansion.
• Preparing reports and evaluating sales by region, store category, and brand, providing key
insights to management.
• Organizing brand-related training and ensuring retail staff is well-informed about brand and
product knowledge in detail.
