managing 100+ product lines across multiple U.S. retail accounts.

outbound shipments.
• Maintain operational records for shipments, inventory, invoices, receivables, payment status, and pending orders.
• Resolve shipment delays, routing issues, appointment problems, packing discrepancies, documentation gaps, and
portal technical issues.

Managed day-to-day accounting transactions and maintained accurate financial records across all business operations,
building the initial accounting infrastructure for the company.
• Built the initial accounting and reporting structure when no proper system was in place, working with Excel-based
formats for accounts, inventory, sales, and management reporting.
• Developed reporting formats for AR Aging, AP Aging, Sales summary, expense tracking, petty cash, bank
reconciliation, cash flow, and P&L support reports.
• Created inventory reporting formats for saleable inventory, goods in hand, stock movement, stock adjustments, and

• Handled Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including supplier payments, customer follow-ups, ledger
