• Provided oversight for grounds crew and scheduled weekly & monthly maintenance.
• Maintain services levels through key performance indicators and service level agreement to ensure that services meet operational and contractual requirements.
• Supervise professional tradesmen and facilities staff in repairs and renovations.
• Evaluated utility expenditures (Water & Electricity) and suggested improvements for cost-savings.
• Team arrangements for external projects complaints to maintain smooth operation over the Regine.
• Monthly MEP & Civil material request submission, Material ordering and administration for availability of requested consumables
• Compile daily reports, proactively manage and ownership of solving issues
• Liaise with the client and effectively manage all queries and complaints
• Control the project budget and monitor all daily expenses on the project.
• Full command On CAFM system
• Full command on HCM system to monitor time and leave management over the facilities.
• Preparing /over viewing technical statements of work
• Respond, analyze and resolve complaints from occupants of the facilities and Clients.
• Developing and implementing strategic activities for PPM / Reactive, active and other maintenance management plans.
• Oversee and carry out the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide range of equipment.
• Respond to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements.
• Preparation and submission of quotations and estimates. Liaise with technicians to ensure accuracy of quotations and estimates.
• Respond in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues and help desk requests.
• Arrange for site inspection from time to time to monitor standard of work and completion schedule.
• Coordinate with other teams ensuring satisfactory completion of all work requests.
• Keeping abreast of new legislation and providing technical advice as necessary.
• Obtaining competitive costs/budget and demonstrating value for money optimizing profitability for the company.
• Manage and coordinate the CAFM system, planning, design, requests and alternation of services procedures of completed building projects.
• Maintains correct stock levels of repair or replacement parts.
• Preparation of Daily & Weekly program based on one month look ahead program
• Prepare the project monthly report and meet with client for updates
• Think new idea for saving energy and reduce carbon
• Directs repairs with College personnel
• Procures repairs and parts utilizing College purchasing system
• Provides regular verbal/written reports to the Director
• Provides specific reports on emergencies or any major item in an inoperative state overnight, weekends, or longer provides detailed administration of attendance, punctuality, use of sick leave, payroll, overtime records, employee evaluations, discipline, and other administrative tasks as needed
• Reviews training requirements for subordinates as required encouraging promotion from within when possible
• Presents TFM daily job assignments for the day for each subordinate with daily review of progress made and evaluation of work productivity on a day-by-day basis
• Provides scheduling information of all outstanding work to concerned parties
• Reviews, revises and publishes schedules on a regular basis.
• Performs other duties as assigned
