Maintain an effective Field HRIS with optimum efficiency. \n• Act as a focal person for all field HR queries and try to rectify them accordingly. \n• Cope with staff issues and concerns effectively. \n• Organize orientation sessions for all new recruits at regular intervals. \n• Ensure transparent and effective recruitment as per HR Policies and Procedures through all steps of the process. Also ensure recruitment updates are shared with Islamabad HR on a weekly basis. \n• Ensure joining documents are duly filled and signed by all new employees and that all deliverables are provided along. \n• Maintain an up-to-date leave database at all times. \n• Share weekly recruitment updates with Islamabad for reporting purpose. Also ensure recruitment updates are reflected in the respective organograms as well. \n• Update and communicate information for Health and Life Insurance regularly.
• Assist staff in understanding of the relevant HR policies and procedures and knowledge of where to obtain guidance on them. \n• Support recruitment activities and ensure that recruitment is in line with LHO standards and support recruiting managers in short listing and selecting suitable candidates. \n• Administers the monthly payroll of staff and statutory deductions. \n• Process Clearances and their supporting procedures effectively and follow-up with Finance regularly. \n• Ensure joining documents are duly filled and signed by all new employees and that all deliverables are provided along. \n• Preparing job advertisements, short listing of CVs, interviewing, Selecting candidates and conduct reference checks. \n• Prepare employment contracts and offer letter for new staff and make contracts/Amendments for any change in contract of existing staff. \n• Represent the HR department in meeting with concerned program heads, project staff and other events etc to develop and effective coordination relationship amongst all. \n• Monitor project attendance sheet on monthly basis, mark leaves accordingly and recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties. \n• Coordinating with banks employee account opening. \n• Domestic and international travel arrangements booking and reservations. \n• Prepare timely provision of office utilities and payments (Electricity, water, telephone) \n• Preparation of employee ID and visiting cards. \n• Facilitate in organizing events, in-house trainings and workshops \n• Strive to maintain excellent employee relations.
