Piping Supervisor

-Review of RFC Drawing, Code of Construction, Client Specification and Area of interest.
-Procurement of material as per Isometric.
-Conducting safety tool box meeting.
-Preparation of Pre Fabrication work.
-Planned all activities to set up site for the Fabrication and Erection of piping, including material and equipment requisitions and the work force requirements for the job.
-Acquainted in machine and equipment such as Crane, Hydra, Chain Pulley, Hoist, Sling, Rope and Scaffolding.
-Ensure that the correct work permits were issued to work groups, and that the permit requirements were met.
-Interpret piping isometric drawings and plan for fabrication.
-Prepare requisition of spools and materials required for site installation.
-Daily Work Planning with Site Engineer, Planning dept.
-Supervise, monitor and control daily works and report the project progress to management.
-Supervise the construction activities on pipe erection and inspection.
-Co-Ordinate with other disciplines to facilitate smooth erection and to avoid showstoppers.
-Ensure that each man force is strictly adhered to the Health, Safety and Environment Quality standards and objectives of the project.
-Coordination with QC Piping Inspector and QC Engineer.
-Coordination with NDT Department to carry out job at priority basis.
-Participate in Safety Awareness program and management walk through.
-Co-ordinate piping works, test packages and ascertain compliance with established construction schedule and project requirements.
-Hydro & Pneumatic testing of Loops.
-Daily Preparation of DPR and WPR.
