I was responsible for traffic and logistics management on Wahat Al Zaweya infrastructure project having area of 22, 769, 312 sq. meters. Implemented OSHAD-SF COP 44.0- Traffic management and logistics.
•Designed traffic and logistics plan for the project.
•Liaised with vendors to ensure right material are delivered in site, and safe procedures are being followed for off-loading and back-loading
•Point of contact between transport and equipment suppliers, construction team and plant department to fulfill the requirement of machinery in cost effective way.
•Arranged preventive maintenance and repair work for plants and equipment.
•Prepared daily report for plants and equipment, which was being used in the project and publish it to the site management.
•Supervised monthly inventory count of store material.
•Generated purchase requisitions of different material as per the need of the department to carry smooth operations.
•Coordinated the off-loading and back loading activity and ensured safe procedures were being followed during handling and staking of material.
•Supervised storage of construction material in lay-down area.

•Optimized the turnaround time of vessels and for ensuring that safe and efficient working practices are implemented during the loading / discharging operations.
•Completed Coordination with (MWS) Marine Warranty Surveyor for the Load in of preassembled modules and other heavy equipment
•Prepared & reviewed of JSA, Method Statement & other supplementary documents required for Work Permits as per established PTW system
•Prepared reports on Construction and Engineering material movements and other operational logistics issues
•Focal point of contact between offshore locations/ Barges, suppliers and internal teams for providing complete logistics support to four offshore locations and two barges.
•Planned the movement of food containers, skips, palletized cargo and other cargo to new and existing offshore locations.
•Arranged offloading and back loading of containers from the vessel with coordination of crane operators and riggers based on cargo manifest keeping in view high level of safety procedures are being followed.
