Projects Infrastructure
• Project: Construction of Essential Infrastructure Works for Package IIA (Regional Infrastructure) and Package IIB (Sea Bridge), Reem Island (478 million AED)
Project Scope Summary: Construction of road works and bridge works, protection of major existing utilities, sewerage network, stormwater network, district cooling (by others), gas network, potable water network, irrigation network, and telecommunication network.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall project delivery, collaborating with other departments such as Quality, Safety, Planning, Design, and Estimation to complete the project on time and within budget.
• Liaising with various stakeholders and authorities to ensure smooth project execution and implementing proper risk management strategies to mitigate bottlenecks.
• Reviewed subcontractor's construction work plans, RFIs, submittals, workforce/extra work bills, and change order requests.
• Mobilised company resources through effective liaison with support departments, other offices, or subsidiaries, to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work.
• Conducted site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project plans, identified and mitigated potential risks, and ensured that work was performed according to quality standards.
• Maintained project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and schedules, and communicated project updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
• Procured necessary materials, equipment, and services required for the project, including vendor selection, negotiations, and contracts.
• Identified priorities and tasks and developed the organisation structure to ensure the execution of tasks by providing clear direction on methods, time frames, and schedules to achieve the stated goals.
• Monitored performance to ensure the successful delivery of the Key Performance Indicators and client contractual requirements.
• Deeply involved in transmittals addressing Construction methodology, Method Statements, Project Quality Plan, HSE Plan, Schedules, and Compliance with Project objectives.
• Developed the scope of engineering work, schedules, and budgets for assigned project elements, and monitored progress to meet schedule and budget requirements.
• Oversaw the establishment of a Work Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan.
• Provided necessary technical support and design review ensuring the correctness and quality of implementation of requirements.
• Established and maintained specific project procedures for Design/Construction Supervision Management (as applicable) and ensured that all Construction Management/Supervision staff knew the project-approved procedures and drawings.
Projects Water, Wastewater, Utilities & Infrastructure
• Project: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Glass Reinforced Epoxy Water Transmission, and associated works at various locations in the Emirate of Dubai. RFX-2131900041- A (408 million AED) Client: Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA). Consultant: AQLEH Engineering Consultant (AEC).
