Currently working on a WIRELESS PROJECT & LADDER LOGIC of STACKER & RECLAIMER
I have work in WHRS (Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant) is most modernized and totally DCS based plant and working on SIEMENS PLCS based system. The communication is carried out via optical fiber, Ethernet and profibus protocols.
Calibrations of temperature, pressure, level, flow and vibration measuring instruments.
I have successfully completed a commissioning of actuators, motorize valves and a DCS system of on a WHRS (Waste heat recovery system).
I have successfully completed a CEMENT MILL PROJECT modification of CEMENT MILL from RELAY LOGIC to PLC SIEMENS (S7-400)

BASIC FUNCTION:

To inspect and keep record of Instrumentation Equipment / Networks for proper performance and condition

RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:

To maintain / control the PLC and related Automation Networks for smooth and reliable operation.
To rectify problems in PLC and related Automation Networks.
To inspect the Instrumentation Equipment / Automation Equipment/ Networks / Systems / Premises as per approved Schedules for their performances and condition according to the pre-determined inspection procedures.
To maintain record of Instrumentation Equipment / Automation Computer Activities/ Repair / Maintenance / Major Faults / Testing / Adjustment / Calibrations
