paration of FEED, Detailed Engineering & Construction Schedule using Primavera P6 Professional.
Ensures that baseline project schedule is in accordance with contractual requirements such as scope, time and cost.
Prepares Commissioning and Startup Schedules for Furnace Projects F-7201, F7202, F7203 & F7204.
Preparing of Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning MASTER SCHEDULE using Primavera program.
Integrate schedules from engineering, architects, subcontractors and owners to create Master Schedule.
Set up of Project Work Breakdown Structures and preparing the schedule as per the work priorities i.e. sequencing of activities
Assist to prepare the tender stage schedule (L-2/L3) with resource planning in co-ordination with estimation department would be an additional advantage.
Produce Project performance identify variances between planned-actual progress and produce weekly and monthly progress reports.
Integrate schedules from engineering, Vendors, subcontractors to create Master Schedule and ensures the assignment of budgeted resources to each activity with the appropriate Team Leader.
Expediting the Material delivery through Procurement department.
Develops Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in conjunction with Project Management Team and Team Leaders with the understanding of the contract, scope of work for assigned projects.
Preparation and update of Baseline Schedule based on available information
Initiation / responding to all planning / time related correspondence to Consultant / subcontractors.
Log issues that are known problems within a project plan that require attention or corrective action.
Attend planning and progress, internal and external, meetings to present status of the construction project and communicate all issues and concerns with recommended solutions. Effective use of communication channels to resolve problems that are out of the scope of the position.
Reviews and gives comments on other planning/progress related reports submitted by Contractor with the approval of the Project Manager.
Applying the PMS (Progress Measuring System) with the PMs & all the departments heads & set the method of gathering the data from them to present the projects progress.
Monitor contractor’s performance and advise project control manager of any schedule or interface issues that will affect the scheduled completion of the project.
Attend all Site coordination meetings with Consultant / Subcontractors.
Prepares and regular updates, and tracks progress to meet activities milestones.
Regular Visit to site to make sure the physical progress and highlighting unforeseen risks that can encounter
Preparing pictorial presentations on weekly and monthly basis
Establish and Maintain appropriate project control plans and schedules, including: Gantt charts, S-curves, resourcing plans and 1 Month, 2 Month or 3 Month look ahead
Monitoring Actual versus Planned progress, highlight areas of concern and produce recovery plans, mitigation plans, forecast and re-baselines as required.
Performs weekly backups of all modified and submitted schedules
Distributes required documents after PM approval to the site document controller for distribution and recording.
Monitor and report progress against the project control schedules and averted schedule over-run through e
