Led and successfully executed the APAC regional project to implement the automated
measurement of OEE on all Filling lines by installing and commissioning Cimlogic s U.K
Software and Hardware. Improved OEE from 60% in Jan 2022 to 78% in April 2023 using
data analytics (Traksys data) and frequent monthly connects with all stakeholders
regarding Downtimes and lock action plan.
Led as focal for Shell Pakistan for 2022 3P PIMS Analytics on all Filling lines. The study
helped to reduce Slop oil (waste) upto 15% and reduce maintenance cost up to 20% by
implementing localization of MRO supplies.
Leading as focal for Shell Pakistan as Super-user under to Drive and enable the
identification and implementation of improvements to existing Processes and Tools;
Accurate mapping of Work centers, flushing streams and BOM corrections in GSAP to
avoid stock losses & gains.
Continuously worked on the project to optimize headcount; reduced manpower by 22% in
2022 by implementing low-cost smart automations such as motorized conveyors on Drum
lines, automated stamping process, capper installation (automated capping process), e.t.c
which helped to save 20M PKR annually.
Successfully commissioned Pail Filling line and Honda grade Pack filling line. The
project helped to bring Honda volume inhouse and increase capacity by 35% with annual
saving of $215K against Toll Filler, $30K against bulk transport, and $65K due to
reduction in manpower.

Monthly and yearly (Aggregate) Production Planning & Control of over 400+ SKUs
(Stock Keeping Unit) for the Local and Export Market.
Responsible for leading monthly S&OP meetings with brands, sales, finance, supply
planning and Process & Manufacturing teams to develop realistic sales forecast and
conducting various S&OP forums with senior management.
Ensuring smooth launch of New products before serial production while synchronizing
activities between relevant stake holders including product design, branding and
production teams.
Execution of MRP of all Sales order (ATPs) and Sales Forecast. Alignment of Routing,
BOM, Master Data and Production & Planned orders to maintain effective system
proceedings and shop floor transactions in SAP.
Responsible for Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCP) while indulging all relevant stake
holders including process and Manufacturing departments.

Timely production of Tiles as per production plan (MPS).
Planning of resources including deputation of man on floor in shifts, machinery
maintenance by ensuring CAPA and efficient delivery of MRO Supplies.
Ensure full compliance to safety standards in all operational activities to achieve
ZERO INJURY target of company.
Responsible to continuously deliver cost saving tasks in production like waste
reduction by employing KAIZEN, 5S, GMP and TQM.
