Oversees the entire information technology department and is responsible for integrating business needs and requirements into IT planning and operations.
Territory - K.S.A, DUBAI, BAHRAIN
a) Successfully implemented SAP S/4HANA for Contracting, Marine, and Trading & Real-Estate. Module implemented as FI, CO, SD, MM, HCM
b) Successfully implemented ABS Nautical Systems, modules include Crewing, MGA and Procurement & Supply
c) Coordinate and work with user departments in activities related to the transition of data to the system.
d) Perform gap analysis to identify functions/features required but not available in the system and follow up with such enhancements.
e) Identify data conversion requirements and assist vendor to perform data conversion.
f) Establish and setup system configurations related to all system and application modules. g) Identify and setup user roles and user accounts to ensure effective and secure access
control to the system and application modules.
h) Design training plans and schedules, and provide training to all user(s)
i) Identify report requirements of all departments and ensure reports are available in the system.
j) Design and develop user reports.
k) Perform testing of applications, enhancements, reports, and data conversion.
l) Identify procedural changes and establish new workflow and procedures in accordance with the interface with the system.
m) Monitor project activities and progresses of vendor to ensure compliance with the agreement.
n) Develop, implement SOP for IT department and ensure its update on a continuous basis. o) Coordinating with supplier and IT solutions provider for Hardware and Software.
p) Design, Implemented Headquarter IT infrastructure with Networking 10G, Cisco Routers and Switches, Firewall, VPN Fiber optic, Point to Point connection, CCTV, Biometric and Avaya telecom system for 200 employees.
q) Implements network security as required by the company.
r) Troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery, manage VSAT equipment’s and support Offshore vessels/office and manage connectivity

a) Successfully Implemented Microsoft Great Plains 8.0 complete ERP Solution from
Microsoft for the 3 sister concern companies in Dubai.
b) Developed Manufacturing, Production, Inventory and Spare parts complete module and Integrated with Microsoft Business Solution ERP solution running in all Dubai, KSA, Turkey and Bahrain.
c) Taking regular backups of SQL database and critical data.
d) Implemented Wireless connectivity between Head Office and branches in Dubai using
MOTOROLA equipment’s distance 10.2 Km.
e) Loads specified software packages such as operating systems, i.e. office applications or as required.
f) Keeping up to date with technical as well as industry sector developments. g) Overseeing the implementation of a new system.
h) Drawing up a testing schedule for new implementations and updates. i) Drawing up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems.
j) Supervise, inspects and installs IT related hardware equipment and networking components. k) Ensures systems proper functioning and network stability; takes necessary measures to
prevent system failure.
l) Oversees the work of the IT infrastructure & Networking team when it comes to responding to users’ inquiries and provides optimized solutions to both the system and the software operations.

n) Coordinates activities with externals solution providers, network services, or other
information systems groups.

q) Installation and troubleshooting for Machinery software like Vandewiele, Schonher, Rieter, Galvanin.
r) Have successfully Implemented, Installed Dell Power Edge servers with ERP software’s in all Point of Sales in KSA and Bahrain.
s) Generate awareness of the solution and products and create paper free environment

Customer Service - Attending &providing service to customers, explaining promotion schemes, listening & recording feedback or grievances (if any), building customer relationships and reviving / retaining old customers.
Promotions - Effective implementation of promotion schemes by building visibility in internal and limited external environment. Aggressively pursuing promotional targets and providing proactive feedback / inputs on the quality of promotion to facilitate CI.
