• From Dec 2010 to date, Working at Sabre Travel Network Middle East (as outsource Engineer) as Network Engineer, my responsibilities are.
* Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of LAN (Routers, Switches, Access Points, VLAN, WLAN, VPN and Firewall Devices) at our more 200 locations/clients.
* Working outside on different client location with in different environment.
* Configuration, Installation and Support of GDS (Sabre Red, Sabre for windows and My Sabre)
* Having excellent understanding of the GDS commands (Ticketing, Pricing, Booking and etc)
* Troubleshooting of Software and Hardware Problems.
* Configuration of Domain Servers
* Internet Security Devices
* Interaction with webmail and exchange servers
* Configuration of TCP ports i-e is dedicated for the traffic of Sabre Applications and SVPN.
* Managing Lease line and load scheduling.
* ISA sever settings.
• From 2009 to 2010, Al Zamin Containers, as a Network/IT Engineer, my responsibilities are.
* Maintenance of LAN, Intranet and Firewall.
* Interaction with webmail accounts, MS Outlook, Outlook Express and account backup.
* Operating system issues.
