• MAINTAINS ACCURATE RECORDS FOR EMPLOYEE HOLIDAY REQUESTS.
• OVERSEEING THE MAINTENANCE OF OFFICE FACILITIES, AND EQUIPMENT.
• MAINTAINS STOCK LISTS AND ORDERS OFFICE SUPPLIES AS NEEDED.
• PERFORMING OTHER RELEVANT DUTIES WHEN NEEDED.
• Prepare daily time keeping sheet for labour and staff.
• Prepare the attendance sheet for labour and staff.
• Prepare the monthly salary statement for labour and staff.
• Manage and maintain the documents record (soft and hard files).
• Emails Handling related to HR, Procurement, Suppliers, Accounts, Transportation and all
other sites / projects.
• Manage and maintain the patty cash record.
• ASSISTING CUSTOMERS IN FILLING UP QUESTIONNAIRE AND COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORMS.
• HANDLING OF CASH & BANK TRANSACTIONS.
• COORDINATING EMPLOYEE BENEFIT ELIGIBILITY, ENROLMENTS, TERMINATIONS, AND PAYMENTS.
PROVIDING WRITTEN AND VERBAL EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATIONS. COORDINATING NEW HIRE
PAPERWORK, AND NEW HIRE ORIENTATION MEETINGS. ASSISTING WITH THE CREATION OF TRAINING
MANUALS, HR MANUAL, AND EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK.
