1. Root Cause Analysis Facilitator: managing related parties to look
better root cause analysis of equipment problem that upset the
plant
2. Audit Preventive Maintenance: to check and ensure by sampling
check of maintenance executor team in preventive maintenance
execution
3. Evaluating: evaluate possibility to increase reliability of system
which has many breakdowns from its past performance analysis
4. Dashboard Reporting: create weekly and monthly dashboard of
equipment reliability to present either in management meeting
or supply chain meeting to inform plant reliability condition
5. Analyzing: ensure recurrent problem system to avoid the same
problem happen again in the future and implement in typical
system in another area
6. Developing proactive procedures for time-based maintenance
for electrical instrument equipment with combination of
manual book based and history of equipment problem at plant
site

1. Manage Reliability of plant equipment especially in instrument and electrical
2. Elaborate in deep root cause analysis in equipment problem
3. Perform and review Failure Mode of every equipment in plant
4. Collect data and review maturity asset condition to determine aging and obsolete equipment
5. Facilitate related department (operation, maintenance, planning optimization, engineering & procurement) to achieve better plant performance.

1. Maintain instrument equipment performance to achieve plant production target
2. Planning Corrective and Preventive Maintenance Schedule in Weekly basis
3. Review and analysis equipment performance as per equipment problem report to define root cause analysis and preventive action to avoid same problem
4. Manage monthly budget for spare part consumption
5. Prepare annual budget based on current instrument equipment performance and past performance analysis
6. Coordinate with related department (production, reliability, procurement, planning optimization, engineering) to achieve production target and as minimum as instrument equipment problem that lead plant upset
7. Coordinate with planner in order to effectifely planning spare parts readiness

My jobs are planning, evaluating and designing to achieve a reliable maintenance system. I work with many kind of people from production team, commercial team and even outside vendor. I can easily adapt to surrounding environment.
