Assigning ILO ip address for servers, doing initial configuration of firewall, configuring and maintaining customer's switches. • Accepting and closing the tickets within Service Level Agreement using Viznet and Metasolv and Remedy Tool. • Preparing and maintaining Incident Management. • Preparing daily incident report, weekly incident report and monthly incident reports for the tickets we attended. • Maintaining the Quantum (PX 502) and Adic Tape Library for Backup process. • We have taken Console logs in Servers, Routers, Switches, Firewall and Load balancer.
