I'm working as a service engineer at Enercon from May 2022 to now. My key responsibilities are
• Programming, Designing, Testing, and Commissioning of PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA for the generator control panels.
• Troubleshooting and Modifications for the customized solutions
• Conducting system integration testing to make sure that the automation system is integrated properly with other systems and equipment.
• Documenting and maintaining technical specifications for the automation system so that the code can be modified and maintained over time.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone or on-site visits by diagnosing and resolving issues related to the automation system.
I worked as an automation trainer at Burraq Engineering Solutions for 6 months from DEC 2022 to May 2023.
Burraq Engineering Solution is the training institute in Lahore that provides hands-on and online training on Industrial Automation short courses.
During 6 month duration, I trained 50+ students in different short courses related to the field of industrial automation (i.e. PLC, HMI, SCADA) and worked on the following industrial automation system
PLCs --> SIEMENS, Allen Bradly, Mitsubishi, Delta, and Fatek
SCADA's --> SIEMENS WinCC RT Advanced and InTouch SCADA
HMI ---> SIEMENS and Weintek HMI
MODBUS RTU as a communication protocol
I graduated as an Electrical Engineer with a CGPA of 3.59. Below are the main distinctions that I hold during my graduation period. - Completed 6-Months Industrial Automation Course with A+ Grade - Taught a 6-Months Industrial Automation Course to 45+ students - 1st Position out of 60 Projects in an Annual Project Exhibition at the university - Received Semester Merit Scholarship for getting 3rd position out of 50 students - Completed 4+ Semester Projects - 5 weeks Internship at 132KV MEPCO G/S - Successfully Completed our FYP (Solar Electric Car)
