Manage classroom coverage of BT1, BT2 and BT3 classes
Assume all responsibilities of regular classroom teacher, including professional development, communication, with parents, assessments of students
Plan and carry out study programs appropriate to individual needs
Create classroom environment conducive to learning and discipline
Make engaging lessons that develop student critical thinking and problem solving skills
Assess student progress regularly
Diagnose individual learning abilities of students pertaining to mathematical concepts and reporting to authorities
Plan and supervise purposeful assignments
Plan and execute student assessments on a monthly basis
▪ Lead HR strategy within the company in accordance to the company strategy, market situation, labor market and business priorities according to budget.
▪ Plan, develop and provide Customer Service training & staff development programs; motivational activities & incentives for Top performers.
▪ Customer service training and telephone etiquettes training for Credit Libanais and Blom bank employees.
▪ Ensure employees satisfaction and engagement throughout their lifecycle in the company.
▪ Manage the team of HR managers in their day to day responsibilities.
▪ Accurately and efficiently complete the payroll for all employees
▪ Identify staff vacancies.
▪ Perform the final selection process; select appropriate people with an appropriate selection process meeting the client deadlines.
▪ Provide the employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
▪ Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting.
▪ Conduct Exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.

Analyse KPIs, design solutions and implement changes to procedures if necessary.
Evaluate the team on a monthly basis & prepare presentations and reporting to the higher management.
Preparing daily workloads for staff & coordinating the daily allocation of work.
Motivating the team to achieve high standards and KPI targets.
Dealing with and resolving problems and issues which arise.
Responsible for making sure that any gaps in performance or quality are quickly identified and addressed.
Coach CSR’s, and delegate daily activities.
Observe the daily operations to make sure that requests are being properly executed within the determined time frame.

Proactive management of people and identification of training needs
