-Applying technical, research, quantitative and accounting skills to assist in day-to day
activities of the business such as arranging pay slips and salary structure.
-Responsible for supporting the organization within every area of a company’s human
resource operation, such as updating the HR records on occurring basis.
-Build and maintain databases for the purposes of analyzing and evaluating any HR related
activities by managers.
-Perform salary related works such as over time allowance list, on-call allowance list and night
duty allowance list, in addition, of handling the related accounting reports.
-Act as initial contact person for inquiries and issues related to payroll.
-Perform any other Duties delegated by the Management.
1-Communicate routinely with Project Managers on a variety of job related topics including bonding, insurance and contract agreements.
2-Preparation of all monthly financial reports.
3-Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable staff and functions.
1-Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
2-Report to management about asset utilization and audit results, and recommend changes in operations and financial activities.
3-Prepare, analyze, and verify annual reports, financial statements, and other records, using accepted accounting and statistical procedures to assess financial condition and facilitate financial planning.
Training on External Auditing and making financial statements as well as offering professional opinion to our clients in regards of the mentioned.
Bachelor of administrative sciences, with a major in Accounting from Yarmouk University-Jordan 2013
