Achievements:
-Reducing pretreatment cost by Implementation of new Antiscalant product instead of conventional treatment process.
- Participating in above ground asset and safety assessment project for all Water and wastewater facilities (Member).
- Established Standard Operation Procedures Manuals for all plants (Project Manager).
-Supply and install online analyzers project for all plant it was part from Optimization process Project to identify and make a proper monitoring of the treatment on the other hand to verify the accuracy of chemical dosing rates and reduce the Fluctuation to optimize the cost of chemicals and the manual sampling. (Project Manager).
- Operations Quality correspondent to be a link between performance management and Operation management to ensure of following the standard procedures.
• Worked as Process Engineer in Water Pretreatment and RO plant.My responsibilities were:
1. Running plant with the aim of trouble-free operation.
2. Special projects operation and maintenance reporting to Riyadh Water Operation & Maintenance Program.
3. Evaluate feasibility, material balance, recovery and cost effectiveness of chemical cleaning / disinfection.
4. Optimize dosing of chemicals.
5. Application of state of the art hardware and software system performance new RO plant.
6. Follow-up the performance of three stage system, high pressure spiral wound membranes on R.O plant.
