Process all payments related to vendors, utility bills, petty cash, LFA after the approval of authorized persons of management.
Prepare all banks’ reconciliation on daily basis and monthly basis, timely record all collections and payments .
Prepare Withholding Tax working on weekly basis, submit tax on time and properly maintain the record of tax challans.
Prepare Weekly Fund Flow and semi-annually reports as per the requirement of central bank (SBP) and maintain the proper record for audit purpose.
Provide petty cash for day to day expenses after the approval of management and properly maintain the supporting documents of expenditures.
Prepare working of payroll and final settlements after the approval of management.
Assist my manager in day to day working.

Treasury :
Manage day-to-day treasury requests internally and externally.
Process payments through Inter-bank fund transfer (IBFTs) after withholding Income tax and Sales tax (if not exempt), Real Time Gross Settlement & Outward Remittances.
Coordinated foreign exchange invoice payments with accounts payable and ensured the payment schedule.
Maintained effective relationships with internal customers and banking partners.
Deal with banks for Inward remittances after negotiation of exchange rates.
Communicate on a timely basis with internal and external parties regarding flow of funds.
Perform monthly and quarterly detailed calculations and preparing reports to assist our business needs.
Fulfilling ad-hoc requests from members within the Finance and Treasury department and other areas as needed.
Identified opportunities for further process improvements and leverage technology to improve treasury processes.
Fixed Asset Register:
Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.
Assign tag numbers to fixed assets.
Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.
Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed.
Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger.
Calculate depreciation and amortization for all fixed assets (tangibles & intangibles).
Projects:
Liaise with Project Manager (PM) regarding contract documents, purchase orders, and other contract modifications, approvals, and any additional services.
Prepare Purchase order documents to control the proper cost booking against a specific project.
Prepare Purchase orders as per the purchase requisition raised by the internal department after the approval of budget.
Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management.
Deal with vendors for timely submission of invoices to control the wastage of Input tax.
Bank, Intercompany, Petty Cash & Inventory accounting Reconciliation.
